The first award ceremony of the Fahidi Éva Award was held on October 30, 2025.

Out of more than 60 nominations received for the award, the founders deemed 27 nominations appropriate for the purpose of the award. The grand hall of the Bálint House was full for the award ceremony, guests also arrived from abroad, and 20 of the 27 nominees came. You can see them in the group photo.

The three laureates of the first Fahidi Éva Award are:

        - Dr. Heindl Péter Ferenc

        - Dr. Iványi Zsuzsanna

        - Andrew Steiner

The program ended with a toasting ritual on the occasion of Éva's 100th birthday. When the sound of the toasts snaked forward in a wavy line through the two halves of the auditorium, at the end the two founders of the Fahidi Éva Award, Andrási Andor and Fischer Ádám, handed the two notes to Szabó Réka, the director of the evening, who handed them over to Lukács Judit, Éva's daughter, who finally transformed the toast thread into the sounds of the piano by playing a piece by Eric Satie, while Éva looked back at us from the pink cloud.
